Conditions for collecting a device for the laboratory

Device collection is carried out within 3 working days starting from the next business day from the moment of ordering collection. Collection is carried out by the Chita courier company. Shipping cost depends on the area. A collection offer will be sent according to the collection and return area. Shipment must be packed in a strong package. Only pack the device and transformer including all its parts if the device is disassembled and includes screws. Proper packaging is cardboard packaging. Inside the carton, the device should be well wrapped with a bubble wrap or something similar to anchor the device in the event of a fall or impact to the carton. There is no warranty for mechanical damage during shipping if the device is not packaged well.

Remember that the collection is by a courier company courier, so the collection is not carried out at the time the customer requests. In most cases, collection is on the next business day (Sunday to Thursday, excluding holiday eves and Fridays), but sometimes collection can take up to 3 business days, depending on the courier’s route and the load on the day of collection. It is best to provide a collection address where you will be most of the time (home or work). If the courier calls and it is not possible to carry out the collection, the courier will arrive on another day. Payment for the shipment will be made upon completion of the repair before delivery or return shipment.

You can also send it independently via 24-hour mail from the post office or by your own courier.

How can I collect a device for the laboratory?

  1. To proceed with collection, please send a picture of the packaging. Take a picture of how the device is packed inside and out.
  2. If there is a password for the computer, send it now (required for quality control before delivering the device).
  3. Take a photo of the device’s serial number and model. Take a photo of the device in an open and closed position to see the device’s condition before shipping.
  4. Send full name and invoice name if different
  5. Send a pickup address and notes to the courier if any (e.g. hours you are available)
