Computer technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled computer specialist to join our team in the lab. The role includes repairing desktops, laptops, and consoles, building new computers for all purposes (including gaming and workstations), and building mini computers. The work will be performed in accordance with updated procedures and includes careful quality control according to a checklist.

Requirements:

  • Background and general knowledge in the field of computers, including desktops, laptops, consoles and Mac computers.
  • Working with a CRM system to manage repairs and order logs.
  • Ability to work independently and follow procedures and checklists.
  • Available for full-time work, not suitable for temporary job seekers.

Conditions:

  • Hourly wage 35 NIS plus bonuses – the highest of which: 40% profit for services and 20% profit for parts and orders. Potential to reach high salaries for those who qualify
  • Flexible working hours – Must work at least 8 hours a day, can choose fixed hours: Sun-Thu 9:00-19:00 and Friday 9:00-14:00.
  • No field work – only laboratory work.
  • Standard social conditions according to the law.

Order and Customer Service Manager in a Computer Lab

An employee must meet the following criteria:

  1. Knowledge of Russian (required), Hebrew, English at a basic level
  2. Fast typing on Hebrew keyboard
  3. Computer background (at least basic)
  4. Not for temporary job seekers – we are looking for a long-term commitment
  5. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
  6. Initiative and forward thinking – desire to learn and develop
  7. Good interpersonal skills and high communication skills with customers
  8. A service-oriented approach, patience and willingness to help even under pressure

What will this role require:

  1. Receiving devices for repair
  2. Frontal sales in the store: peripherals and computers
  3. Provide quotes for repairs and new computers
  4.  General knowledge of computer assembly
  5. Working with a CRM system – managing orders, leads
  6. Profitable software – receipts, invoices, orders, quotes
  7. Answering the phone – receiving inquiries and sending quotes
  8. Releasing orders to customers

Training for the position of Order Manager in Computer Service

Those suitable for the position will be given training. First and foremost, all the processes related to repairs and sales must be understood. In the first month or two, depending on the candidate’s level, it will be necessary to work as a technician in the laboratory to become thoroughly familiar with the repair processes. At the same time, training will be provided in the field of sales and everything else required for the position. During the entire training period, a full salary will be paid from the first day. After up to two months, it will be possible to start full-time in the role of Order Manager in the computer service.

Salary and conditions:

  1. Hourly wage 45 NIS plus bonuses – the largest of which: 10% of the profit from orders – a high salary is possible for those who qualify!
  2. Laboratory working hours 9:00-19:00 Sunday-Thursday and Fridays 9:00-14:00.
  3. Standard social conditions according to the law including travel.
