Permanent jobs at a computer repair lab in Ashdod

Comp Master, serving Ashdod since 2014. We’re hiring a customer service and sales representative, a computer technician and a warehouse assistant. Structured training and a written contract from day one.

📋 Customer Service & Sales Representative

You are the face of the lab: you take in devices for repair, guide the customer through to collection and quote for custom-built PCs. Every order is managed in the CRM, so it's always clear what the next step is.

What you will do

• Take in devices for repair, including an initial check
• Prepare devices for collection and hand them over to the customer
• Prepare quotes for custom-built PCs
• Support the customer from the first consultation through to collection
• Answer the phone and WhatsApp, manage orders in the CRM
• a short end-of-day report every day — what was done and what is still open

What we ask

• Required: fluent Hebrew — spoken and written (customer messages on WhatsApp and email)
• An advantage, not a requirement: experience working with customers — we'll train you
• A significant advantage: Russian — for serving Russian-speaking customers
• An advantage, not a requirement: familiarity with computer hardware
• Occasionally lifting a computer or a box

What you get

• Sun–Thu 9:00–19:00 including a lunch break as required by law, Fri and holiday eves 9:00–14:00; no shifts, no nights, no Saturdays
• Overtime as required by law: 125% for the first two hours of the day, 150% after that; hours are recorded in the CRM
• 49 ₪ per hour from day one, guaranteed
• 51 ₪ per hour after 3 months, subject to meeting the written targets
• 53 ₪ per hour after 12 months, subject to meeting the targets
• Months 1–2: fully paid training, digital course + mentor, with no bonus expected
• From month 3: a monthly bonus — 15% of the margin on the orders and sales you handled, by the checklist in the contract, with no cap
• Pension, havra'a, holiday, sick leave, travel allowance and the staff discount — as detailed above

🔧 Computer Technician

Repairs and builds in a fully equipped lab, following procedures and checklists. Experience is an advantage, not a requirement: if you like working with your hands and learn quickly, we'll teach you everything here — from laptops and Macs through to component-level repair and soldering.

What you will do

• Repair desktops, laptops, PlayStation / Xbox consoles and Apple Macs
• Build new PCs and mini PCs: gaming rigs and workstations
• Clean cooling systems, carry out upgrades and installations
• Diagnostics and quality control according to a checklist, logging every job in the CRM
• a short end-of-day report every day — what was done and what is still open

What we ask

• Required: availability for full-time work
• Required: an interest in technology and a willingness to work with your hands
• Required: Russian (Hebrew is not required)
• An advantage, not a requirement: computer hardware experience — we'll teach you everything else
• Laptops, Macs, consoles and soldering — no experience needed, we'll teach you
• Working according to procedures and checklists

What you get

• 50 ₪ per hour after 3 months, subject to meeting the written targets
• 55 ₪ per hour after 12 months, subject to meeting the targets and mastering component-level repair (soldering, motherboards)
• Months 1–2: fully paid training, digital course + mentor, with no bonus expected
• From month 3: a monthly bonus on top of the hourly pay — for repairs completed and passed quality control, by the checklist in the contract, with no cap

• You will learn with us: component-level diagnostics, repair and soldering, laptop and desktop motherboards, console and Mac repair, building gaming PCs and workstations

📦 Warehouse Assistant

A small, well-organised warehouse serving the online shop and the spare parts store: goods come in, are checked against the delivery note, packed and sent out to the customer — all by the list. If being organised is your strong point, this is the place; everything else we teach you. The goods are computer parts and boxes, so the work is physically light.

What you will do

• Receive goods from suppliers and check them against delivery notes
• Pack products and prepare shipments to customers
• Add items to existing orders
• Organise stock and keep the warehouse tidy and clean
• a short end-of-day report every day — what was done and what is still open

What we ask

• Conversational Hebrew or Russian is enough — either one
• Required: organisation, accuracy and reliability
• Light physical work — computer parts and boxes; the heaviest thing you lift is a desktop PC, and anything genuinely heavy is rare
• An advantage, not a requirement: warehouse experience — we'll teach you everything else

What you get

• Sun–Thu 10:00–19:00 including a lunch break as required by law, Fri 10:00–14:00; no nights, no Saturdays
• Overtime as required by law: 125% for the first two hours of the day, 150% after that
• An air-conditioned warehouse on site: all the work is indoors and the goods are light — computer parts and boxes, no pallets and nothing heavy
• 45 ₪ per hour from day one, guaranteed
• 47 ₪ per hour after 3 months, subject to meeting the written targets
• 50 ₪ per hour after 12 months, subject to meeting the targets
• Months 1–2: fully paid training, digital course + mentor, with no bonus expected
• From month 3: a monthly bonus of up to 1,000 ₪ on top of the hourly pay — for goods received and shipments sent without errors, by the checklist in the contract
• Pension, havra'a, holiday, sick leave, travel allowance and the staff discount — as detailed above
