How much does virus removal cost?
The price is in the table at the bottom of this page. If the inspection shows more is needed — for example a clean system installation — we will update you and get your approval before any work.
How long does the cleaning take?
In most cases one business day: deep scans take time, and we do not cut corners on them. Severe infections with backup and reinstallation — up to two days.
Will my files stay?
Yes. Keeping your files is part of the process — we back up first, clean, and verify everything is in place. The only exception: files already encrypted by ransomware — we will discuss those with you honestly based on the situation.
Do I need a paid antivirus?
For a home user on Windows 11, the built-in Windows Defender plus basic caution is enough in most cases. What matters more: regular updates and backups. We will gladly recommend based on how you use your computer.
Do Macs get infected too?
Less than Windows, but yes — mostly adware and spyware. We clean Mac and Macbook computers as well.
