One-way prices incl. VAT: drop-off at a UPS Pickup point — 55 ₪ · courier pickup at home — 118 ₪ · return to a UPS Pickup point — 30 ₪ · home return by courier — 55 ₪. Cheapest via points: 85 ₪ both ways. Repair and shipping are paid when the order is ready: card by phone, Bit or bank transfer (no cash). The device is shipped back after payment.

A manager contacts you (WhatsApp or phone), confirms the details and gives a minimum cost estimate and timing — you know the minimum investment in advance and whether we can help. Shipping is arranged only after approval.

Initial inspection without disassembly — free. Diagnostics — 150 ₪, Apple devices — 250 ₪ (regardless of year). Paid only if you decline the repair; with a repair, diagnostics is free.

Required: bubble wrap (or similar) + a cardboard box. Do not send bags or accessories — the charger only. Do not send a disassembled device or a part of it. Without proper packing the lab is not responsible for transport damage.

If there is one, just mention it in the request — don't write the password itself. If we need it for testing, we'll arrange it with you by phone.

Fill in your ID / Company No. in the form, tick “Invoice to a business” and enter the business name — the invoice is issued to the business right after the repair.

All documents arrive by email: request confirmation with a tracking link, the UPS waybill, the repair intake confirmation and the invoice. That is why the email field is required.

The warranty is listed next to each service in the price list (3 or 6 months). If the fault returns within a week of delivery — repeat shipping both ways is at our expense. Shipping fees are not refunded on cancellation.
