All repairs are carried out in our service center only, we do not send your device for repair to another laboratory, therefore the repair price is lower than the competitors and the repair times are correspondingly short.

Repair prices do not include the cost of parts unless otherwise stated.
The time required to perform the work does not include the time required to save the customer’s information. If parts need to be replaced, not all parts may be in stock in our warehouse. The delivery time of the part from the supplier is usually up to 3 business days. The required part can be ordered before you arrive at the service center.
Comp Master Computer Lab will not be responsible for the material or information stored in the system/computer and/or for its loss for any reason whatsoever. Nor will it bear any responsibility whatsoever for damages and/or losses caused to the customer due to damage to or loss of information. The customer must back up the information stored in the system.
The customer must back up its contents and the information stored on the computer system and/or server before bringing the device to the laboratory. Should the customer request the laboratory to do this, the service is paid and a price quote will be provided for the above, pending approval and will be performed. Any problem and/or malfunction that arises during this process is not the responsibility of the laboratory.
It is clear and known that testing requires opening the device, disassembling and assembling some parts in order to maximize the accuracy of the test results. Comp Master Computer Laboratory will not be responsible for loss of warranty for products not purchased in the laboratory as a result of their opening. Before sending a device and/or any other component for testing in the laboratory, the customer confirms in the order that the device will be opened for the above purposes.
Testing time is up to 3 days or more depending on the laboratory load. The customer will be informed about the time to prepare a quote or repair when the device is delivered for repair. The repair time is up to 3 working days from the moment the device is diagnosed and approval is received from the customer for repair or according to the time given to the customer when the device is received in the laboratory. If it is a motherboard or other electronic board repair at the component level, the diagnosis time is up to 7 business days, provided that the parts required for the repair are in stock. If it is necessary to order parts from abroad, the repair time can last at least a month or less depending on the type of shipment (expedited or regular). Motherboard repair time is up to 7 working days.
Password recovery, creating an online account, customizing the device, device usage training, installing software that was not specified before handing over the device for repair – are charged and are not included in the repair cost.
The Comp Master computer lab team does everything possible to detect all faults before receiving approval from the customer for repair. In some cases, a full inspection of the device is possible only after repairing an existing fault in the device. It is possible that additional faults will be discovered after repairing an existing fault, which it was not possible to identify before repairing the device. If additional problems are discovered, the customer will receive an updated price quote for the repair, wait for approval and the repair will be carried out.
