Computer Lab Policy – Comp-Master

    1. All prices are listed including VAT.
    2. All repair works are carried out only in our service center; we do not send your device to another laboratory for repair, so the cost of repair is lower than competitors, and repair times are short accordingly.
    3. A fee for checking the device or providing a repair cost estimate is charged if the repair is not approved by the customer. The cost of the check can be seen in the price list: https://comp-master.co.il/en/comp-master-computer-lab-services-price-list/
    4. The cost of repair does not include the cost of parts unless stated otherwise.
    5. The work completion time does not include the time required to save customer data. If parts need to be replaced, not all parts may be available in our warehouse. The delivery time for parts from the supplier is usually up to 3 business days. You can order the required part before visiting the service center.
    6. The computer service center “Comp Master” is not responsible for materials or data accumulated in the system/computer, nor for their loss for any reason. The customer is obliged to save the information accumulated in the system.
    7. The customer must save the content and data stored on the computer and/or server before handing over the device for service. If the customer asks the service to do this, the service is chargeable, and the cost will be offered for this service, and after approval, it will be performed upon the customer’s request. Any problems or failures that arise during this process are not the responsibility of the service center.
    8. Please note that the check requires opening the device, disassembling and assembling its components for maximum accuracy in the check results. The “Comp Master” service center is not responsible for voiding the warranty on products not purchased in the service as a result of their opening. Before sending the device or any components for check to the service, the customer confirms in the order that the device will be opened for the specified purposes.
    9. The check period is up to 3 business days or longer depending on the workload of the laboratory. The customer will be informed of the time it takes to prepare a cost estimate or repair when submitting the device for repair. The repair period is up to 3 business days from the moment the device diagnostics is completed and confirmation is received from the customer for repair, or according to the time specified to the customer when receiving the device at the laboratory. If it is a repair of a board or other electronic board at the component level, the diagnosis time is up to 7 business days, provided that the necessary parts for repair are in stock. If it is necessary to order parts from abroad, the repair time may take at least a month or less depending on the type of delivery (express or regular). The repair time for a board or other electronic board is up to 7 business days.
    10. The laboratory has the right to repair the device without the customer’s consent up to the specified amount in the price list of the “Comp Master” service center.
    11. Password recovery, creating online accounts, device customization to individual requests, instructions for using the device, installation of programs not specified before submitting the device for repair – are paid services and are not included in the repair cost.
    12. The “Comp Master” service center team does everything possible to identify all malfunctions before the customer approves the repair. A complete check of the device, in some cases, is possible only after eliminating the existing malfunction. Additional malfunctions may be identified after eliminating the existing one, which could not be identified before repairing the device. If additional problems are identified, the customer will receive an updated cost estimate for repair, will wait for approval, and the repair will be carried out upon customer’s request.
    13. The customer confirms that they have read and understood this regulation and agree to it.
