Computer technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled computer specialist to join our team in the lab. The role includes repairing desktops, laptops, and consoles, building new computers for all purposes (including gaming and workstations), and building mini computers. The work will be performed in accordance with updated procedures and includes careful quality control according to a checklist.

Requirements:

  • Background and general knowledge in the field of computers, including desktops, laptops, consoles and Mac computers.
  • Working with a CRM system to manage repairs and order logs.
  • Ability to work independently and follow procedures and checklists.
  • Available for full-time work, not suitable for temporary job seekers.

Conditions:

  • Hourly wage 40 NIS plus bonuses – the highest among them: 35% booking margin. Potential to reach high salaries for those who qualify
  • Flexible working hours – Must work at least 8 hours a day, can choose fixed hours: Sun-Thu 9:00-19:00 and Friday 9:00-14:00.
  • No field work – only laboratory work.
  • Standard social conditions according to the law.

Customer Service and Sales Representative

What we are looking for (key skills):

  1. Service-oriented approach, high communication and working under pressure.

  2. Basic background in computers (laptops, peripherals, etc.).

  3. Proficiency in Hebrew; proficiency in Russian or English is an advantage.

  4. Availability for long-term work and personal initiative.

What you will do (responsibilities):

  1. Receiving devices for repair and lead management.

  2. Welcoming the public in the store – price quotes for computers and peripherals.

  3. Working with a CRM system for activations, receipts and orders.

  4. Releasing products to customers and providing telephone service.
