UPS courier service:

The cost of collection and return from any point in the country is 45 shekels, including VAT. Delivery back to pick-up points — 20 shekels. Payment for repair and delivery is made when the order is ready, except when prepayment is required.

  6. The courier does not arrive at the time appointed by the client, the courier calls before the arrival. Delivery is carried out 2 working days, not including Friday and festive days. Before the arrival of the courier, you will receive an SMS with a time interval of arrival.

  14. Confirmation of the repair order is sent by e-mail after the reception of the computer in the workshop (after delivery)
  15. Shipping on delivery is sent by e-mail. If there is an opportunity to print a barcode and stick it on the parcel, do it. If not — Please write the consignment note number in large letters on the parcel
  16. Refund for delivery is not provided. In the event of a repeated malfunction within a week from the moment the client receives the computer, the device will be collected and returned at the expense of the workshop
