UPS courier service:
The cost of collection and return from any point in the country is 45 shekels, including VAT. Delivery back to pick-up points — 20 shekels. Payment for repair and delivery is made when the order is ready, except when prepayment is required.

- Do not send a disassembled computer or only part of the computer
- The courier does not arrive at the time appointed by the client, the courier calls before the arrival. Delivery is carried out 2 working days, not including Friday and festive days. Before the arrival of the courier, you will receive an SMS with a time interval of arrival.

- Be sure to include the BIOS or operating system password, if it is installed
- Payment methods: payment by credit card by phone, Bit, bank transfer. Payment in cash is not accepted. Payment is made before returning the computer
- If you need to issue an invoice in another name, enter it in the “Company” field in the form on this page. An invoice is issued immediately after the completion of the renovation
- Be sure to specify an email address — all documents will be sent to you
- Confirmation of the repair order is sent by e-mail after the reception of the computer in the workshop (after delivery)
- Shipping on delivery is sent by e-mail. If there is an opportunity to print a barcode and stick it on the parcel, do it. If not — Please write the consignment note number in large letters on the parcel
- Refund for delivery is not provided. In the event of a repeated malfunction within a week from the moment the client receives the computer, the device will be collected and returned at the expense of the workshop
