The cost of collection and return from anywhere in Israel is 55 NIS including VAT. From the return to PICK UP collection points 30 NIS. Payment for repair and delivery when the order is ready. Except in cases where an advance payment is required.

- In Ashdod it is recommended to arrive alone.
- It is mandatory to pack the device well in bubble wrap (or similar) and cardboard packaging.
- Do not send a computer bag or any other equipment other than luggage.
- Do not send a disassembled computer or only part of the computer.
- The courier does not arrive at the time the customer specifies, the courier calls before arrival. Collection is carried out within 2 working days, excluding Fridays and holiday eves. Before the courier arrives, you will receive an SMS with the arrival time range.

- In describing a problem, describe all known problems.
- It is mandatory to attach a BIOS or operating system password if applicable.
- Payment method: Credit payment by phone, Bit, bank transfer. No cash payment. Payment is made before returning the computer.
- If a tax invoice needs to be issued in a different name, please indicate this in the company field on the form on this page. An invoice will be issued immediately after the correction is completed.
- It is mandatory to specify an email address – all documents are sent by email.
- A repair order is sent by email after the computer is received in the lab (after delivery).
- A shipping bill of lading is sent by email. If it is possible to print a barcode and stick it on the package – do so. If not – write the shipping bill number in large letters on the package.
- There is no credit on deliveries. In the event of a recurring fault within a week of the date of receipt of the computer by the customer, the device will be collected and returned at the laboratory’s expense.
