- All repairs are carried out exclusively at our service center. We do not send your device to another lab for repair, which is why the repair costs are lower than our competitors and the repair times are correspondingly shorter.
- A full inspection at our service center is paid, and payment is required only if you decline the repair at the CompMaster service center.
- The customer is responsible for maintaining a backup of the data stored on their device. If the customer requests the service center to create a backup for them, this service will be charged according to the price list. The service center is not responsible for any data loss on the device submitted for service.
- Repair prices do not include the cost of parts unless otherwise stated.
