Step Two: Receiving an Initial Price Quote
After contacting us and providing details about the required service, we can assess the condition of the computer and prepare an initial price quote. The price quote will be sent to you via your preferred method—either by email or WhatsApp message. Please note that in the case of repair services, a final quote will be provided after the device has been examined in the lab. Step Three: Creating an Order
Upon receiving the client’s approval for the quote, we will open a service order for the client, detailing the requested service. The device can be delivered to Comp Master Lab independently by visiting the lab or by ordering a courier service to your home from anywhere in the country. Please note that only well-packaged devices can be collected for pickup. Typically, this includes laptops or gaming consoles. The order will be sent to you via email, WhatsApp, or provided directly if the order is opened on site. After the order is created, you will receive the repair cost or a maximum amount up to which the repair will be carried out without the need for further approval from the client. Should the repair services exceed the maximum amount, we will contact you to proceed with the process. The order will include the expected completion time for the repair or updates on the process. In cases of changes in repair times or part delivery times, our representatives will contact the customer. Additionally, if any further issues are discovered with the computer or recommendations for improvements are made, all the information will be provided to the customer for approval, and repairs will only continue after receiving this approval. This way, we ensure that you are updated and involved at every stage of the process, and any question or issue will receive a prompt and professional response.
Step Four: Quality Control and Testing in the Computer Lab Before Delivery
At the end of the repair process, the computer technician performs a thorough inspection using a checklist, which includes stress tests, checking all computer ports, and other critical elements to ensure that the computer is properly functional and free of any issues. After completing these tests, the device is handed over to the work manager, who is responsible for the order, for an additional inspection before delivery. Finally, the device is ready to be collected by the customer.
